Welcome to the world of commercial property management and leasing. There are many facets to
successfully running a commercial property management business. From marketing vacant
properties, to negotiating leases, to finding ways to make the investment property more profitable –
property managers need to know a great deal of information and be able to make good decisions on
the behalf of others.
We will examine the commercial landlord tenant laws as well as many other laws that impact
commercial properties and their management. This course is designed to provide a well-rounded
approach to this exciting field.
